With a foundation in engineering, specialising in digital integrated circuits and communication systems, Minister Abdirahman spent over a decade as a Software Engineer and managed major business ventures employing over 2,500 people. Politically, he has been a pivotal advocate for Somaliland’s democratic development, founding the Waddani Party’s North America branch and strengthening diaspora engagement. As Minister, he is committed to advancing Somaliland’s international recognition, building strategic partnerships, and promoting transparent governance, youth empowerment, and global cooperation.
